In 2007, I was offered a job in Winnipeg to work on a new show called The Signal on CBC Radio Two. Two years later in 2009, the weekend version of the show and team were cut from the CBC lineup.

That first year almost the whole team was new to national radio programming. There were fits and starts but after two years the show was 200% better and we even gained BBM points. I was the Associate Producer, but in the last two months, took on producing duties. I was programming and scheduling nine hours of music a week as well as editing, logging and coordinating a shrinking team. It was a great show that highlighted the most innovative music being made today.

I am presently getting settled in Montreal, looking at doing short contract work for festivals, and learning French.
